We’ve tried to make this straightforward. If your kit hasn’t shipped yet, you get a full refund. If it has shipped, return shipping is on you and there’s a 20% restocking fee.
1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Purchases that have not yet been shipped are fully (100%) refundable.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the item has not left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method with no fees attached.
2. Post-Shipment Returns
Products purchased directly from our website that have already been shipped to a customer are refundable, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Because masonry heater kits are heavy freight items, shipping costs are significant. If you choose to return a product after it has shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight to our warehouse.
3. Return Conditions & Process
To ensure a successful refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be delivered to our warehouse in Ontario.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must be undamaged and in sellable condition.
Refund Timing
The refund (minus the 20% restocking fee, where applicable) will be issued once the product is received at our warehouse and inspected to confirm it is in its original packaging without damage.
