High-Duty Refractory Core
The heart of your heater. Premium refractory firebricks designed for extreme temperatures, forming the internal channels that circulate hot gases and capture heat before it exits your home.
Structural Carbon Steel Enclosure
Unlike traditional masonry-only builds, our heaters feature a robust round carbon steel shell wrapping the refractory core. This allows for thermal expansion and ensures airtight structural integrity for decades of use.
Premium Thermal Battery Cladding
Choose your finish. Precision-cut decorative stone — Soapstone, Serpentine, Red Thin Brick, or Amphibolite — acts as the primary thermal battery, absorbing heat from the core and radiating it gently into your room for up to 12 hours. Note: brick-facing models include high-quality facing bricks instead of stone.
Specialized Refractory Mortar
Do not use standard cement. We include the exact quantity of commercial-grade refractory mortar and setting materials needed to bond your core and cladding for a safe, crack-resistant seal.
